Revamping the world of Havencare

Havencare approached Respond in 2022, on the hunt for a partner that could assist in their overall rebrand, new messaging and website.

We were delighted to be chosen to work with the team at Havencare, feeling we really understood what they needed from their new digital experience to bring their marketing and website inline with the high level of service and care that they provide.

Workshops at the forefront

We delivered 2 workshops for Havencare with a variety of the charities key stakeholders in order to establish the right direction for the visual brand identity, messaging and marketing materials moving forwards.

By working closely with the team we were able to establish core messaging that the charity is now able to use to present a consistent and professional offering that represents the high level of service that they offer as a charity in the South West.

These workshops formed the basis of the creative process too, as our team delivered their newly designed website on the WordPress platform enabling the Havencare team an easy way of updating their own website in the future with new staff roles, updated services and fundraising activity.
